Travel to Islamic Countries
Nowadays tourists have been avoiding muslim countries due to recent terrorists attacks. However, our perception needs to be change from accusing muslim religion as part of terrorists. As a result, lots of these muslim countries suffer in economic level because of the downfall in tourism level. The most disadvantage people is actually those in lower incomes who have been depending their income from tourism.
According to Insta Travel, the Malaysian Government as part of OIC (Organization of Islamic conferences) member has made a proposal on 15th of September. The proposal made by Malaysia is to make 2010 Travel the World of Islam Year, and the proposal has been well received and could help Muslim countries significantly increase their tourism arrivals, Malaysian Tourism Minister Tengku Adnan said.
Hopefully their proposal is not only well received by the OIC members but by every countries around the world.
