Imagine skiing in Dubai, known as one of the hottest city in the world with average temperature of up to 40 degrees celcius or 105° Fahrenheit. This ice-skating rank in Dubai is actually one of the most popular site today.
How they did it? Appearently, some of the futuristic leaders and of course very rich ones, have come up an idea to build a huge refrigerator somewhere in Dubai.
