No cell phones while driving

For travellers like me who like to explore a country by driving a car, Celllular News has posted a list of countries that ban cell phones while driving unless used with some form of hands-free kit.

Here are some of them:
Australia - Banned in all states, fines up to A$100
Canada - Banned in Newfoundland, fines up to US$180
United Kingdom - Banned from December 2003
Mexico - Banned only in Mexico City
USA - Partial, please check on the list.
