Genting Highlands, Malaysia
Genting Highlands (2000m) is a mountain peak within the Titiwangsa Mountains of Peninsular Malaysia. You can get there either by one hour drive from Kuala Lumpur or cable car from Southeast Asia.

Genting Highlands in Malaysia offers a magnificent view from the top. It is recommended to catch cable car to reach the top because you can enjoy the view and the excitement of being up there. Although the queue is quite long, it is worthwile to wait in order to get up there. With the cool atmosphere, beautiful scenery, beautiful temple, and different kind of activities, Genting Highlands should be your next trip this year.
There is one thing you must take note, is becareful in choosing hotels because hotels like Resort Hotel has been criticised as one of the worst hotel in there. Micasa Allsuite Hotel and Bintan Lagoon Resort are known to have good reputation. If you are not sure in which hotel you would like to stay, it may be better to stay in Kuala Lumpur and just visit Genting Highlands during the day.
