Easter Events 2007

1. Asheville, NC: Easter Egg Hunt ( April 8 2007)
The easter egg hunt will be held at Biltmore Estate where thousands of kids are required to find thousands of eggs accross the front lawn. You must register 2 hours before each Easter egg hunt. The event will include Easter rabbit entertainment, magic shows and Saturday entertainment.
2. New York City: Easter Parade ( April 8, 2007)
Come to New York City to watch the Easter bonnets along Fifth Avenue from 49th to 57th Streets. You might want to see from St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the recommended ideal place to see the parade. The Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet will run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m
3. New York Easter Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza in Central Park ( April 7, 2007)
Enter the Park at 72nd street for this free annual event in the Lower 40 Acres, from Bethesda fountain south.
4. Richmond, Virginia: Easter Parade ( April 8, 2007)
The parade will run from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. “Over 45,000 people enjoy this free street festival on historic Monument Avenue. The fun includes music (bands of many styles), roving performers, jugglers, clowns, face painters, great food, Easter Bonnet contest.”
5. Miami Metrozoo: The Great Metrozoo Egg Safari (April 7 Sunday, April 8 2007)
For children 12 and under, there’ll be continuous egg safaris, plus face painting, crafts, a bounce house, rock climbing, Easter Bunny and more. Free with regular admission; bring your own basket.
