Boeing 787-9
Boeing 787-9 is the new slim version of Boeing aeroplanes and Air New Zealand has the privilege to be the first to fly the Boeing 787-9.

It is reported that 787-9 has a capability of carrying 250-290 passengers on routes of 8,600 to 8,800 nautical miles (15,900-16,300 kilometers).
Boeing Commercial Airplanes Sales director, Roland Ramirez, said that “the 787-9 has unprecedented fuel efficiency and economics, which make it an ideal choice for ANZ” He also said that “the -9 has all the right attributes to serve ANZ profitably and provide its passengers with a new flying experience.”
